1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
-Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
-During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options:
-Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at monicaheishere007@gmail.com. Provide your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to replace the items or issue a refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Petal & Pop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
